What if I don't have an entity in a country?

Use naasflow's EOR to hire there compliantly — we become the employer of record. Where you do have an entity, run payroll on it directly. Both work in one platform.

Can I pay contractors as well as employees?

Yes. Contractors are managed and paid through the contractor add-on, in their local currency, alongside your employee payroll.
