Which biometric devices do you support?
Most ZKTeco-style devices work through the naasflow bridge — it reads enrolled users and punch events and pushes them to your workspace over a secure ingest API. You map device users to employees once, and it stays in sync.
Can employees clock in without a device?
Yes. Web check-in is available, and a geofenced/selfie mobile clock-in is on the roadmap. Device, web, and manual entry all land in the same daily record.
How does leave connect to payroll?
Unpaid leave and overtime computed from attendance flow into the payroll run automatically, so deductions and additions are applied without anyone copying numbers across.
Can I set different schedules per team or location?
Yes. Schedules and policies are configurable per department, location, or shift, and 'on time' is judged against the right schedule for each worker.
Do managers have to be at a desk to approve leave?
No. Approvals work from the employee/manager portal on any device, with notifications when a request needs action.
