We invoice monthly in your billing currency, with the right tax treatment for your country applied automatically. Talk to sales for the entity and tax setup in your market.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?+
Yes. Upgrades are pro-rated — you only pay for the days on the higher tier. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you keep the features you've already paid for.
What counts as an employee for billing?+
Starter is free for up to 10 employees; above that it's $4 per additional employee per month. Growth is $7 per employee per month. Contractors and EOR workers are priced separately as per-worker add-ons.
Which currency will I be billed in?+
Plans are anchored in USD. You can preview prices in your local currency on this page (indicative rates); billing itself is in USD.
Is there a setup or implementation fee?+
Starter and Growth tiers have no implementation fee — self-serve import + guided onboarding are included. Enterprise includes a white-glove implementation; cost depends on entity count and migration complexity.
How does the free trial work?+
14 days, no card required. You get full access to your tier. If you don't subscribe by day 14, your workspace is read-only — your data stays for 90 days in case you change your mind.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancellations stop the next renewal — there's no contractual lock-in on Starter or Growth. Enterprise plans typically have a 12-month commitment with the SLA but we don't enforce penalties for early termination.
