HR and payroll that adapt to every country you hire in.
One platform. Local tax engines. Local statutory rules. Local pay rails. Built by people who've sat in the payroll room — and won't pretend the US, the UK, the UAE, or India are the same job.
The problem
Every payroll team, every country, runs the same broken dance.
Pull attendance off the biometric device. Match it against the leave register. Calculate tax. Apply pension and social contributions. Generate slips. Format the bank file. Email back-and-forth with finance on variances. Distribute. Then do the whole thing again in thirty days.
The dance is the same in Karachi, in Dubai, in Mumbai, in London. The rules change. Spreadsheets don't survive the move from one to the next. We've sat in those rooms. So we built one tool that does the whole thing end-to-end, on one data model — country-aware where it has to be, country- agnostic where it can be.
What we're building
Four modules. One data model. Every country.
Naasflow is HR, payroll, attendance, and contractors sitting on the same workforce records. Edit a salary once and it flows into next month's run, the year-end tax certificate, and the audit log. No imports, no exports, no “let me ask the HR person.”
What we believe
Four things we won't compromise on.
Local depth, not surface support
A global tool that treats your tax authority as a config file will get the cycle wrong. We build country support the way local teams need it — current rules, current rates, current quirks.
Honest over polished
If we haven't built something yet, we say so. If a competitor is better at one thing, we'll tell you. Trust grows from candor — not from logo walls or invented case studies.
Audit-grade by default
Every action that touches money or identity data gets logged with who, when, and why. Not for compliance theatre — for the day someone asks a serious question.
Price scales with use, not headcount fear
Free under 5 workers, per-active-worker pricing after. No 'enterprise tier' phone call when you hit a magic number. No surprise lock-in.
Local depth
Global by design, local where it counts.
One core engine; each country's tax rules, statutory contributions, national IDs, and pay rails come from a configurable country pack — so the same workspace runs payroll correctly wherever you hire, without re-keying or workarounds.
Where we are today
Closed beta. Real payroll runs. No fake logos.
We won't put unverified customer logos on this site. If you're here looking for social proof, the honest answer is: we're early, we're shipping, and we'd rather earn your trust on a real conversation than a logo wall.
Stage
Closed beta
Live customers running real payroll. Expanding country support in 2026.
Founded
2025
By people who've shipped HR software and run payroll teams before.
Team
Remote-first
A distributed team across multiple regions. Real hours, real support.
Funding
Bootstrapped
Customer-funded — no pressure to inflate scope or price for the next round.
Who we are
A small distributed team. No layers.
When you email us, you reach someone who can read the database, fix the bug, or run the payroll alongside you on the first month. Not a tiered support queue.
Remote-first team
A distributed team across multiple regions. The people who build the product are the people who answer your support emails.
Built for global teams
Configurable country packs deliver each market's tax engine, statutory rules, and pay rails — going live market by market.
