Can I move over from an existing HRMS or from spreadsheets?+
Yes. We import employees, salaries, leave balances, and past payroll runs in bulk. Most teams switch in two to three weeks — with the option to run Naasflow alongside your current setup for a month if you want to compare.
How does payroll actually work day-to-day?+
Once a month you click a button to start the run. Attendance, leave, expenses, and benefits flow in automatically. Review the numbers, fix anything flagged, approve. Bank file downloads in one click. Salary slips and tax certificates go out by themselves.
Will my employees use it?+
Most of what your team needs — payslip, leave request, expense submission, tax certificate, attendance check-in — happens in their phone. They don't need to learn HR software; the app does the talking.
Can my accountant access the workspace?+
Yes. Invite them as a user with the role they need. If they handle multiple companies, they can switch between client workspaces from the same login.
What does pricing look like?+
Three tiers — Starter, Growth, and Enterprise — billed monthly or annual. Pricing scales with how many people you pay, not which features you unlock. Most companies don't pay for what they don't use.
